Tripletail

A unique fish known for floating on its side near buoys, crab traps, and debris. Tripletail are found in warm waters of the Atlantic, Gulf, and Caribbean. Their three rounded fins give them a distinctive silhouette. They are outstanding table fare with firm, white, sweet-flavored flesh.
